Here's my recipe for Tuna Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- Tuna (it can be canned, frozen or fresh)
- bread (baguette, ciabatta or any bread that can withstand some grilling)
- olive oil
- mushroom (depends on your preference)
- tomatoes
- butter
- 1-2 different kinds of cheeses (depends on your preference)
Preparation:
- dice the tomatoes (I normally remove the seeds)
- grate the cheeses
- slice the mushroom into bite-size pieces
- slice the bread lengthwise
- shred the tuna
- On a pan, slightly cook the tuna and mushroom
- brush some butter on the bread and grill on both sides for a few minutes
- top the bread with the prepared tuna, mushroom, tomatoes and cheeses. Sprinkle with olive oil and place them in the oven for a few minutes or until the cheese begin to melt.
- Serve while hot
